Pre-Juneathon 2012
I have decided to join the Juneathon 2012 - its meant for people who jog or run but it does say as long as you do some exercise every day and blog it, it counts. I need to get back to walking - i used to do 10,000 steps a day and it has lapsed somewhat over the last year.
My reasons are - To get fit, get out and get air in my lungs. To exercise the dog. To get out of depression.
I will wear a pedometer each day and blog how many steps, even if i have sat at home and done nothing - this is also a way of being accountable.
There is a couple of weeks until June but maybe i will start early now i am also out of a job!!!!
Welcome to Juneathon - only the hardcore manage to run every day. The rest of us mere mortals walk, cycle, whatever...
